As a user of the Platform ("User" or "you"), you understand that the Platform provides access among multiple users in the form of consumers, financial institutions, data partners, lenders, borrowers, and service providers to view and promote lending activities, including offering other financial products such as insurance products, credit cards, etc.
The term "User" refers to anyone using the Platform, including consumers, financial institutions, regulated entities, data partners, and other partners. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform facilitates access to a digital financial services ecosystem. It is a service provider and not a lender, offering personal loan products and other financial services through its partners. Final lending decisions rest with financial partners and users acting as lenders or borrowers. The Platform may also provide support services such as credit checks, financial capability assessments, and third-party integrations.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter into contracts in Côte d'Ivoire. By registering on the Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. The Platform may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or local laws, including users found to be underage.
Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Platform may amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly.
You may access and update your information via the Dashboard or by contacting us. Your account is personal and non-transferable. Any breach may result in termination and legal action under the laws of Côte d'Ivoire.
User data is collected, used, and stored in accordance with the Platform's Privacy Policy and applicable Côte d'Ivoire data protection laws and BCEAO regulations.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes. Unauthorized activities such as modifying, distributing, or reverse-engineering the Platform are strictly prohibited.
The Platform may monitor account activity and content to ensure compliance. It reserves the right to remove content or cooperate with regulatory authorities as required under Ivorian law.
The Platform may suspend or terminate its services at any time without liability. Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease, and you must stop using the Platform.
You may not use the Platform for any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to data mining, fraud, harassment, or violating intellectual property rights.
The Platform and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Platform acts as a facilitator and not a party to financial transactions between users. Users are responsible for due diligence. Services are provided "as is" without warranties. The Platform is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or security breaches beyond its control.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its affiliates, officers, and agents from any claims or damages resulting from your use or misuse of the Platform.
The Platform is not responsible for third-party links or advertisements. Users access such links at their own risk.
Any feedback or submissions provided may be used by the Platform without compensation or obligation. You must ensure that your submissions do not violate third-party rights or contain unlawful content.
You acknowledge that the Platform does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of third-party data and is not liable for any losses related to loans or financial products. Verification of user information is your responsibility.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Côte d'Ivoire. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent Ivorian courts.
We aim for full customer satisfaction. Refunds may be issued if dissatisfaction is supported by investigation. Cancellation requests must be made at least two business days before the end of the service period.
Refunds will be considered if the user is dissatisfied with the service and the claim is validated. All purchases should be reviewed carefully before payment.
